Once the grant is awarded, the OSRS recieves and reviews the terms and conditions on behalf of the PI and the University, including the grant agreement, Contract or cooperative agreement. The OSRS negiotiates the terms of the agreement on behalf of the University and the PI and facilitates the signing of agreements and contracts.

During the implementation of grant activities, the OSRS conduct regular programmatic and financial compliance on the project and facilitate the preparation of financial and program activity reports.
