Established in June 2020 based on the approval of the Faculty Senate of the University of Liberia through the Vice President for Health Sciences and funded by USAID under the Bringing Research to Impact for Development, Global Engagement and Utilization (BRIDGE-U) - Applying Research for a Healthy Liberia project.

All projects carried out at the College of Health Sciences are managed through the Office of Sponsored Research Services in accordance with OSRS guidelines on sponsored research projects.

All processes from the project application stage to the completion stage, including purchases and financial management, are supported by the OSRS and Office of Fiduciary Services at ULCHS.

Mission: Supporting translational, biomedical, and health research and training activities to improve the health, economic, and social well-being of humanity.

Vision: To improve healthcare delivery in Liberia through the advancement of health and biomedical research, teaching, and learning.
