Training in Clinical and Epidemiology Research (TRACER) for Liberia

To train selected Liberians in clinical/epidemiological research by enrolling them into the UCSF Master’s in Clinical Research Program (with the possibility of advancement to the PhD program in Epidemiology and Translational Science); support graduated trainees to pursue their research careers in Liberia, and to begin teaching others; promote research on EID/Ebola, acute febrile illness, and malaria; advance UCSF-Liberian collaborative research; and support and train Liberian investigators to become effective mentors.
