Implementation is Phase 3 of the HEALR program. At the end of the Creation phase, successful teams will be invited to become entrepreneurs-in-residence at the University of Liberia College of Health Sciences. In this capacity, they will continue to benefit from mentorship while further developing their businesses. Additionally, they will serve as mentors to the next cohort of HEALR participants, sharing their insights and experiences to foster a continuous cycle of innovation and learning within the HEALR program.
